Salon Policies for Danielle Louise Hair, LLC

2.1 Cancellation & No-Show Policy


Policy Overview:

​

  • 24 hours’ notice is requested to allow adequate time to fill your space. No-shows incur a 100% rebooking fee required before rescheduling your next visit.​​

​​

You will receive a virtual invoice for any fees. Payment removes restrictions on your account. Due to limited availability, rescheduling may involve a wait time.

​

2.2 Late Arrival Policy


To ensure timely service:

​

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late results limit the time available to complete your service. You may forgo the blow dry, but the service cost applies, and you will be charged 100% of the booked services.

​

2.3 Redo Policy


For satisfaction:

​

  • Notify us within 7 days if you experience issues with your cut or color. If the service did not meet the consultation agreement, we will correct it at no additional charge.

  • For different outcomes, a quote for refinement will be provided. No notification within 7 days voids the redo policy, and changes will be billed per the service menu.

2.4 Retail Return Policy

​

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for full credit. Refunds are not available.

  • Products returned between 30 and 90 days receive a 50% exchange credit.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. For affiliate products, refer to the affiliate's return policies.

2.5 Payment Policy

​​​

  • Payment is due at the time of service completion. We accept cash or credit card. Non-payment will be reported to the County Sheriff within 24 hours.

​

2.6 Hair History Falsification Agreement

​

  • Provide accurate hair history. Falsification may result in:

    • Hair breakage

    • Uneven or undesirable color

    • Irreparable damage

    • Hair loss

​

No reparative services or refunds will be provided for issues resulting from falsified history.

​

2.7 Client & Safety Policy


Policy Overview:

​

  • Client, staff, and personal safety are top priorities. All guests must adhere to our health and safety policies.

​

Child Safety Policy:

​

  • To maintain a safe and relaxing environment, children should only visit the salon when they are receiving a service. For their safety and to minimize distractions, parents/guardians are responsible for supervising any children they bring.
