Salon Policies for Danielle Louise Hair, LLC

Effective Date: August 22, 2024​

2.1 Cancellation & No-Show Policy


Policy Overview:

​

  • Color and Cut Only Guests: 36 hours’ notice required. Canceling with less than 36 hours' notice incurs a 50% charge of the estimated total for booked services. No-shows incur a 100% charge. Payment is required before re-booking.

  • Extension Guests: 72 hours’ notice required. Canceling with less than 72 hours' notice incurs a 50% charge. No-shows incur a 100% charge. Payment is required before re-booking.

You will receive a virtual invoice for any fees. Payment removes restrictions on your account. Due to high demand, rescheduling may involve a wait time.

Medical & Safety Exception Clause:

​

  • If I cancel due to illness, unsafe conditions, or force majeure, a $50 service credit will be added to your account. Efforts will be made to reschedule within 10 days.

  • If you need to cancel due to similar unforeseen circumstances, the standard cancellation policy applies. However, I will honor 50% off your next service and work to reschedule. One grace appointment per year for last-minute changes is allowed.

2.2 Late Arrival Policy


To ensure timely service:

​

  • Arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in incomplete services. You may forgo the blow dry, but the cancellation policy applies, and you will be charged 100% of the booked services.

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late results in incomplete services and a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled services.

2.3 Redo Policy


For satisfaction:

​

  • Notify us within 7 days if you experience issues with your cut or color. If the service did not meet the consultation agreement, we will correct it at no additional charge.

  • For different outcomes, a quote for refinement will be provided. No notification within 7 days voids the redo policy, and changes will be billed per the service menu.

2.4 Retail Return Policy

​

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for full credit. Refunds are not available.

  • Products returned between 30 and 90 days receive a 50% exchange credit.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. For affiliate products, refer to the affiliate's return policies.

2.5 Payment Policy

​

  • A credit card on file is required for extension appointments. Failure to attend or cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice incurs a charge as per the cancellation policy.

  • Payment is due at the time of service completion. We accept cash or credit card. Non-payment will be reported to the Knoxville County Sheriff within 24 hours.

2.6 Hair History Falsification Agreement

​

  • Provide accurate hair history. Falsification may result in:

    • Hair breakage

    • Uneven or undesirable color

    • Irreparable damage

    • Hair loss

​

No reparative services or refunds will be provided for issues resulting from falsified history.

​

2.7 Client & Safety Policy


Policy Overview:

​

  • Client, staff, and personal safety are top priorities. All guests must adhere to our health and safety policies.

​

Child Safety Policy:

​

  • Children under 16 are welcome only when receiving a service. Children accompanying parents without a service may pose safety risks and distractions. Arrange child care during your appointment for a relaxed experience.
